Site plans for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Also featured in this new photograph release seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and features a notes section detailing different parts of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for marina coverings.
More documentation disclosed as part of the current oversight release.
